Step bar rust help

    If it rusted that quickly right out of the box these things are going to need constant tending to, to keep rust free for rust belt use. It's pretty much the exact reason I haven't and probably wont install any type of steps on my 2017 :( The other issue is rust forming where they attach to the body of the truck. Flexing occurs there, paint flakes.. You get the picture.

    Oh I know shit rust there lol. Just saying move up to like oregon 160day average of rain. It's not a lot but shit never drys out lol. Then you go up to where they salt the road in the winter and 1 winter your truck steps are rusted through lol.
