lol, all about the leveragehaha
bro your hot dog is mad small
Anybody know what the small pocket to the right of the 5” radio is for? If I had to guess, it measures about 1x2x5” deep.
Thanks in advance.
I don't know what it's for, if anything, but these little touches are what sold me on a RAM vs the competition. Why *not* put it there, since it's just unused space? I don't need more weird bezels to make my truck look like a spaceship - I need storage for crap.
I take off one of the sides of the front console covers, and use that for extra storage. Plenty of usable space under the console.
I dont. There are plastic covers that connect the sides of the console to the dash. They are on left and right sides of the console where it meets the dash. Just pop one off.got a pic of that?
I put my wallet in that spot.

But who has a nifty idea for this one?

What... you mean take my wallet out? LMAO!Take it out and trade with me. I just have the hole without the door. I’ll pay shipping and some boot.

I want to have a direct, pop-in pocket that adds the marked area. Then you could fit your wallet or phone in there. My iPhone 6 ALMOST fits in there with the case on it. I suppose if I had no case or a even thinner one it would fit. But all phones are getting bigger and bigger now.
Found pics of the back of the radio trim and those pockets screw on.

It's just there to collect dust and be a pain to clean as far as I can tell. Should have just put in another power point like the early 4th gens in that spot.Anybody know what the small pocket to the right of the 5” radio is for? If I had to guess, it measures about 1x2x5” deep.
Thanks in advance.
You have a pic of that. Might be worth doing. The space under my pocket now houses a 12v power point that I relocated when I installed my center console. The usb that was on that side is now located in the lower glove box.
