I am want to straight pipes my hemi truck, do you guys recommend me any way to do it myself?

Buy the kit on ebay. Hemi Muffler delete kit. It just clamps on. I did this for awhyle but it gets obnoxious fast.

Also mine is single exhaust and I was thinking on making it dual exhaust can I buy a second hand exhaust from a rebel or factory dual and bolt it in?

Yeah you'd just need the back half. Might need to add a Hanger to the driver side but that's easy. You'll have to lower the pipes bu about 3-4 inches too unless you get the sport bumper with the exhaust cutouts
