Strange Noise from Drivers Side

Having this strange noise coming from the drivers side every now and then, engine is running fine. I replaced water pump a few months ago. Any ideas of what this could be, definitely some sort of vibration induced noise. https://youtu.be/q2LN65tKqdc?si=1xrhhuLTJMZSYq2n

Need more information. Does revving the engine while in Park create the noise? Is it coming from the engine compartment or more from the wheel area outside? If noise while moving, do bumps set it off or just happen on smooth surface. Just some ideas, need everything you have noticed to be written out.
