I’m already lowered in the rear. I’d love to lower the front some.

Here's a couple pics of mine with the ground force 2/3 kit.

Just got wheels redone black haven't even got them back on yet

Man I have to know what wheels you're running? That's the exact ones I've been looking for. Could you give me the size and specs on them? They look great.

With a 4" rear coil drop are you guys hitting the bump stops on rough roads/bumps? Did everyone cut them down or do you guys not hit them?

can anyone confirm a part number for Air Lift helpers to go with the Ground Force kit?

Air Lift only really offers PN 60818
Moe's performance lists PN 60824 for "lowered Rams" and when I google that I see it listed as a Durango application.

After dealing with serious shakes at highway speeds, I had the kit removed and stock parts put back on.. only to find out it was and issue with wheel balance. I'll be putting the GF kit back on with some 22's.. figure it would be a good time to stuff some helper bags in the coils..

60824 is what I just put on my truck. It’s only slightly lowered in the rear though. It does fit fine

I just went through the process of testing out the airlift bags.

Originally I ran the Ram 1500 bags (60818) with my GF 2/3 kit and after 90,000 km 1 bag developed a hole in it. Pretty sure the hole was from not keeping a minimum of 5psi in them over winter.
I then tried out the Durango set (60824) and found the durango bags did not help with the loads I was hauling.

With the 1500 bags I could haul 2 dirt bikes in the box with gear and haul a 25FT camper loaded up and still have about an inch between the axle and bump stops. I have not cut the GF bump stops down.
With the durango bags I was unable to air them up enough to get the truck off the bump stops.

I have now put a set of 1500 bags back in.

What do we think of this? Is this everything I need to get my 2017 1500 4x4 a bit lower and level or close? What do we think about this kit? Thanks in advance!

THIS IS AN EBAY LINK to a Belltech kit

McGaughy's kit

2" knuckles in front and 4" springs in rear...
i used the 2wd kit for the 2/4 cuz the 4wd kit was a 2/3 and i wanted it to be level. i had an ex coworker look up part numbers for the factory parts and 2 different listings for 2wd and 4wd but they were the same part numbers.

i like the dropped look for the sport instead of lifted cuz thats the look the truck already has and with the 4wd sport it has the auto 4x4 switch so adds to the sport truck styling lol
Going with the mcg's 2wd kit, did you notice any binding with the CV shafts in the front? Kind of in a pickle on which kit is worth to buy. I don't want to get too low, just want a nice low muscle truck stance.

Ok, so I decided that the 2/4 move on my truck is too aggressive, as I need to be able to navigate some rough-ish terrain periodically. So, I'm wondering if there is such a thing as a 1/3 kit? Also, I see that I can buy 2" rear lowering springs. Are these workable? I've only seen them on Ebay, no idea on quality, fit, etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
