Ok so get this, my truck randomly died 3 days ago. When I say randomly died that honestly what I mean, nothing was left on. I had full power to everything except the starter... radio worked, light bar worked, headlights worked, system with 1k amp and 2 subs worked. Anyways got it jumped started no issues or so I thought.
Once I hopped in the truck to get to work I went to touch the screen to change something and the screen is locked up on the radio screen. Nothing works on the screen I can't get into settings can't get to media nothing. I figured hey lets try dealer mode. Of course of goes into dealer mode but what do you know still none of the screen controls work.
Called uconnect and did a soft reset... still nothing. Anyone have this issue? Any fixes? I cant get the truck in until mid August because I am. Working 18 hour days for the next month. Please help a brother in need. Stupid Uconnect.
