Hello this may be a stupid question.. but i want to lifty truck 06 1500 quad cab 4x4...
Can i just do coil spacers in front and blocks in back? For is it too much of a lift to work with stock suspension? Not sire if it matters but it doesnt have to be a professional lift.. not offroading or anything.. just want a taller look to truck with bigger tires

Coil spacers and blocks don"t bring any benefit to the truck. Most likely, you will end up replacing them with something better. Levelling kit with aftermarket rear springs/shocks isn't much more, but a whole lot better. Just MHO

You could just do spacers front and rear easy enough. If you lift it right you will end up with a better ride than oem most times. This is on road comfort and not just off road.
