Subwoofer in a Regular Cab ?

If you just fumble your way through it you'll never know how good it can really be.
Any subs specs, which you will get when you buy it, are all the information you need to build the right enclosure.
Once you model the sub in WinISD or something similar you'll know what to do.
99% of people won't do that...any I can't figure out why. If you're gonna spend the money on the equipment then do the job right too.

That's why I like my sealed enclosure. Don't have to calculate much other than the box volume.

Slightly off topic, but when I was doing my sub system in my car, I got a guy to design a box for me, tuned to the specs on the sub. Then sent me a design so all I had to do was follow the design and build the box, and it sounds amazing. He does a lot of business, and was a really easy guy to work with. Love that sub nice and tight but thumps when ya need it to and it does it off a very small amount of airspace. Again great looking build.

I love everything you do to your truck.... Do you have any idea what those tall side pockets in the doors are for? the only thing i can find to do with them is get my hand stuck in the bottom...

yes all new rear speakers and doors are 3 way 6x9 and dash are tweeters all ran off the processor// kept the head unit because i just like all the features and love having 15k songs loaded on the head unit even the guy that installed the system told me to keep it and he could of made an extra 1k selling me a head unit to

Here is mine. Just got finished today. Custom box from NetAudio. Kicker DX300.2 and RF P3S12-D2 from my 2012 Express. Got the idea to cut the storage bin from WhiteExpress on his box building thread. Exactly what the Alpine system needed.
