subwoofer rattle behind rear pass seat

Has anyone else experienced this? I have turned the bass down on my phone and in the audio settings but still get a crazy rattle when there is significant bass. The rattle can be heard very loudly both inside and outside the truck.

Hi - I have the same experience in my 2020 Bighorn. The stereo volume doesn't have to be very loud to hear this rattle. It seems to be coming from the rear passenger door.

I took mine in. The subwoofer behind the seat was never bolted down during installation. Took them about an hour to diagnose, remove the back seat and secure the sub down. Sounds perfect now.
