Sunroof drain question

Hello All, 2012 ram 1500 sunroof. I have a leak inside down the driver's side windshield pillar. I have found the front drain holes on each side of the sunroof. when I blow air from the driver's side door drain outlet I feel air at the sunroof but not coming from the driver's side drain hole at the sunroof. Can the drain tube on the backside of the sunroof drain hole come loose to where water (and air) can leak into the cab? (simulating a clogged up drain tube and running down the windshield pillar)

Yes,there's lots of video's on youtube on how to clean the drains,or reconnect the drain tubes if you go looking.You might have even blew the hose off when you used air pressure to blow through the tube
