Superchips install issue

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Sport that I purchased a Superchips Flashpaq tuner for. Once the install appeared to be complete I was prompted to turn the ignition off again. The problem is when I pushed the Start/Stop button to turn it off, it wouldn’t change from the Run position. It’s just stuck there. I had to just unplug it but of course now it won’t start at all. Anyone experience this before? Any thoughts on how to reset things from here?

Have you tried to start it with the key? My Jeep GC had the push button start but if you removed the pushbutton it exposed a regular ignition switch that the key would work in. I'd try that.

I’m not sure if you can use a key with it. I can’t find anything online that tells if you can pop off the push button and expose a key hole underneath it.

Did you update the superchip device before uploading the tune?
Contact superchips tomorrow and see if there something they can do for you.

I saw it in the owners manual. The Rams might be different. It was an '11 Grand Cherokee.

I have not experienced this exact issue but my 15 wouldnt start or do anything with the push button one day so i was advised to use the key fob to push the push button start and problem solved.
