Surprise remote start!

Yesterday I pressed my remote lock twice on my key fob while returning a shopping cart. When I returned, my truck was running! I purposely did the same thing later that evening and, lo and behold, it started. I purchased this 2014 Big Horn Crew which was previously owned and was told it did not have a remote start. Key fob does not have a remote start button. Is it possible I have "stealth" remote start? (Tongue in cheek)...has anyone heard of this before?

its probably one of the aftermarket units like a dball or idatalink where you press the lock button so many times it starts.

On my aftermarket remote start, I press lock 3 times to start.

I put one on our Jeep. It plugs inline at the ignition switch or something like that. I can't remember if it's 2 or 3 presses of the lock button to start it but it does use the original key fob.
