I just returned home from a trip with the trailer. Since this truck is relatively new to me, I am still getting used to it. OK, when hitting a bump that hits both wheels/tires at the same time, like a joint at a bridge, the rear hits really hard. Almost feels like there is no suspension at all. I am not bottomed out on the snubbers. I first noticed it when towing the trailer for the first time and I thought it was bottoming out the suspension. I just installed Timber Grove ASAM air bags. It happens both when towing and when lightly loaded. If the bump hits each tire individually, there are no issues, only when both tires hit at the same time. Oh, I did have the tires inflated to their 50 psi sidewall maximum for the trip. I did just lower the air pressure (42 psi) and took a short drive, better, but still shocking. Thank you for your thoughts.
