Tailgate Recall

What years does this recall involve? I've had my 2018 since March '18 and have recently noticed something rattling inside the left side of the gate when I close it. Seems like something broke.

Mine went for a few recalls (Tailgate, U61 cruise control, U07 auto park, U53 restraint control) and it took also 2 hours.....(not for the tailgate itself it takes only a few minutes).

Had the recall done. Now my tailgate doesn't latch at all lol. Dealerships for the win! What are the parts I need to fix it myself? Was essentially told to pound sand when asked about it.

Really? How is this possible?
I would have a look inside before I ordered anything.

Honestly I'm not sure. It closed intermittently before, but now not at all. I am going to take a look when it stops snowing (hopefully). I did see a link for an actuator but it was around $100.

Update, I guess I was just on the phone with the wrong person. They are going to take it apart and replace whatever it is that failed. Now I won't be collecting snow, and can see what I'm backing into lol

My tailgate would open randomly before the recall. The recall fix is just a plastic insert. No more issues and takes about 5 min for a tech thats done it before to complete.
