That would be awesome man, now you've got me seriously considering taking the risk on this one, I mean if the bolt holes don't line up then it's Amazon so return it right. If its just moving a wire harness to the side then that would be easy breezy lemon squeezey. Thanks dude✌
Those steps really help a lot !
I have a set made by BSTOP !
Easy install just wear glass's when installing as rust and dirt will drop down

It's been awhile since I installed the AMP fold down on my truck . IMO it's the best one out there , solid easy to fold down ,and easy to fold back up . I don't remember any issues with installation , there was a bumper bracket that was removed , but that has not been an issue .
Just installed a bed step myself. Seems pretty sturdy and installation was a breeze. Yes, you have to remove a corner bracket from the bumper, but you can re-fit it with a small modification. I just made a bend in the original bracket and reattached it by drilling a small hole and using a self-tapping screw.

This is what I bought.

I remember at the time it was way cheaper than buying one from the dealer. Buying as part of an option package may be cheaper. It has a warning that it doesn’t fit a 23 MY (or newer) but it looked like that was because they never updated their ad. It was actually easier to install than the instructions and tutorials on-line described. I don’t remember exactly what it was - maybe relocating a piece of wiring harness out of the way - but it was unnecessary on my truck.
Well dude, a few months ago I bought that step you recommended and I couldn't be happier. I greatly appreciate it and can't thank you enough for putting me on this. Works perfectly as long as I don't try to close it with my hand, lol, won't make that mistake again, i hope. :favorites37:
