I have a CANBUS update that's older and works for others with your trim level but I do not have a copy of your current CANBUS update to roll back to if something doesn't work.

You could contact your vendor and ask for your current update. Let me know if you want to proceed...

Change the parking sound option to "sound on"...

It was set to "on" so I set it to "off" then set it back again. I now have sound! Is is at a reduced volume but it is there. Thank you again. Not quite sure why it was not working with my original setting but sometimes with this unit things just are not so easy to explain.........LOL

I think the previous change for the controls kick starts a piece of code that's failing to execute. I think it has something to do with the "fastboot" power settings.

The reduced volume can be altered by changing "soft reverse" setting to "off"...

PM sent. Before attempting to flash the files please note that these have only been tried on 1 button units (which I'm pretty sure you have but haven't asked).

I would only flash it if you do indeed have a 1 button radio.

Quick question, I'm trying to find the settings for the video player, right now I have the message where I cant play videos even if I'm in park. I tried looking through the settings and cant seem to find it. If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks in advance.

A quick update on my PX6 problem unit from Phoenix... I ordered another one from them which I'll receive and then uninstall this one and install the new one at the same time, then send the original one back. They said they only needed a deposit to do that. Turned out their deposit was 80% of the original cost. Just hoping this one boots up normally.... other little issues I had like clock AM / PM not being right or Celsius instead of Fahrenheit I could deal with....til I find a solution or disable the outside temp reading. Hoping the new unit doesn't take 30 days to receive like my first one!

Figured out a little more to completely remove the Chinese UI (it's running but hidden). With Automagic I can remove the bars and make custom buttons for the apps that I need. Car Launcher Pro lets me place the buttons as widgets on screen (bottom left 3 icons in order 1. Hide UI 2. Vehicle Settings 3. HVAC)
