Does the truck have a backup camera?
If not, I would suggest heading to a salvage yard and there you should be able to find an original backup camera for the tailgate.

After that just get the unit linked in this post.

So I'm hearing that phoenix has worse customer service than Linkswell? The only good aftermarket android radio I've seen so far that is supported is Stinger Heigh 10. Is this from Linkswell? If so there is a Facebook group where you can find good customer service...

There might be newer ones posted as well. So you should do a search and make sure to select one with a minimum of 4GB ram 64GB memory and Apple Carplay.

He has the camera but he has to switch to it thru the menu. It doesn't automatically activate when putting the truck in reverse.

It should, provided the connections are done correctly. Otherwise I would say that it is a failed unit and should go back to the seller for warranty

I looking for a wiring schematic for 2016 mega cab 2500 Laramie longhorn dealing with heated seats? My front seats on heat come on flash twice and go off? like to know what the resistance is for the seat grid? and identify the wiring for tracing? if anyone has been thru this please let me know? Cooling seats work fine?

This site will help. If it's on a T style radio you may need to change settings though or get a different CANBUS update.
