Well, the long and short is as follows:
Truck has detected an EVAP leak somewhere, (P0456) and is very hard to diagnose over the internet. It may need to have a smoke machine used to see where the leak/rationality in the information is having a breakdown.
The cooling system: P0128 basically means the engine could not achieve proper coolant temp during a prescribed period of time, starting from a certain ambient coolant/ambient air temp.
P2181 set conditions are similar in nature to P0128, but factors in the coolant temp sensor. Remember, the engine only knows the coolant temp, from this sensor. So It requires it to be functioning correctly, to test the integrity of the thermostat. False info from this sensor, and the thermostat can be suspected failing mistakenly.
Best is to have someone competent monitor the data with a scan tool, and make some decisions on the info you can attain. Also, I notice in another thread you posted of a ETC (electronic throttle control) malfunction, but there are no codes pertaining to this in the picture you posted of the codes the scanner retrieved. You should have it scanned (in an ideal world) when you get that message that comes up.
Sorry, I cant help you on the wrist pin noise, and all of this may be for nothing if you require an engine replacement/major repair. For your sake, I hope its not a major issue seeing as though you're out of warranty.
I would definitely search for a competent independent repair shop that can diagnose properly. Search for "That" shop in your area that other shops send work to when they've slammed all the parts on it and it still didn't fix the problem. Trust me, you'll be way further ahead paying the right guy to look at your pickup.
