Looks like a strut spacer from a leveling kit.

Yes. 2" spacer. I had them on incorrectly, but I believe the damage is done and they need to be replaced. Plus, it still makes the noise...

I just ordered the Rough Country 2" leveling struts. Eliminates the spacer, keeps my level and does not break the bank.

I'm using the 3" rc struts with upper control arms. No issues so far. Trucks rides good.

I’ve had 2” spacers from hell bent steel on since 2014. No issues so far.
