Your day was brightened by Ozzy?

Haha [emoji23]

Congrats on 300k! Are you the original owner?

What repairs were needed?

Looks like you have run the course on your repairs, but the big stuff looks to have been covered.

Congrats on your milestone reached.

When I bought it it came with a life time drive-train warranty and it has been good to me....

Warranty sure worked out for you! Good to see a member get so much value out of their truck. Ramily success story number 1.

Wow ! That is a lot of repairs. I live here in the South and drive mine carefully. So what you have listed makes me wonder what I might be looking at in the future.
By the way, I just called the Mopar warranty department and they tried to tell me that you cannot change the fluid in the transmission. That was when I eventually ended the conversation.

It's almost 12 years old with 300K miles. Seriously, tell me one other truck that would do better. And no diesels. BTW, the majority of that list is maintenance items.

Every 25,000. Coil packs on the older Hemi's do not like anything other the copper core plugs.

I replaced the coil packs on my 11 with coils from a 2015. Used iridium plugs, no issues for over 40k miles

Fyi, only.

Almost 300K miles and only 2 sets of rotors and 5 sets of pads??? Must be 99.99% highway miles. Good for you on getting all that work covered under warranty.

Yea... for the cam issue... should have been all the lifters, pushrods, cam, timing chain, timing gear and 3 free oil changes to clean all the metal out of the motor.... but aside from that you got your money’s worth from the lifetime warranty. Just be careful when they mention the “adjuster”. They will come and determine if your vehicle is worth less than the cost to fix and you are SOL!

It is roughly 90% highway miles. I have never had an issue with getting work covered. I have the highest mile Hemi my dealer has seen so they want to keep it rolling just as much as I do.

WOW on the list of repairs. Do you pull a lot of heavy loads? We have a couple GMC Sierra's in our fleet and one is at 330k and all its had is a water pump and a head gasket a couple batteries. The other is at 250k and just a starter and a few batteries. They do not pull much, just a tractor every now and then.
