So with my 7" maxtrac lift it has put strain on my UCA ball joints. The desert trails we've been hitting have been causing the ball joints to leak some grease out. The suspension has 73k on it along with the lift kit being installed at 28k.

So instead of breaking the part and needing a tow we'll just upgrade now and get that problem taken care of :D

Anyone else tried the maxtrac UCA? I'm guessing with it being forged aluminum it should be light weight.

They look to be quality although for the price I would recommend Icon over these IMO. They do look solid tho. We only sold a couple of these and for a comparison we have sold a lot of the Icon UCA's. I am sure you will like the Maxtracs, they make a quality product!

Absolutely! My only hesitation is the polished color of them. Gonna look into powder coat before install or I may just throw them in as is.

I have a favor to ask, during the install, could you please take a comparison pic like the one I have below?

The maxtrac’s say 0-7” so it would be nice to have a height comparison, hopefully there isn’t as much of a difference as they are below.

Zone vs stock comparison

Sure. Should I just snap a photo with a measuring tape?

Damn those are badass, thanks for the pics and measurements. I look forward to seeing a side x side pic with the stock arms

did you ever get these arms on your truck? If so, how are they working out for you? Love to hear some feedback

I have not. I've been dragging my heels with getting them powdercoated to match my core 4x4 rear 5 link upgrade.

As soon as I get them on I promise I'll write a review whether I think they are worth the money.
