Throttle Body issue

I recently noticed a bolt that holds the throttle body was not tightening up, which is letting air in between the throttle body and the intake manifold.

Any ideas? Im wondering if I can just tap the threads and use a slightly larger bolt.

Should be an insert into the plastic manifold housing I believe.

I am going to go pull everything off and inspect this. Hopefully it is just the insert I need to replace

I was looking to see if I had a pic of mine to be sure and its just the underside pic not the front port side.

i take pride in my detailing. LOL
that was taken about a year ago. it isnt as bad now. just the parts i cant reach have mud now. need to pull the engine....

Its not as fun as you made that sound. The trucks have to be pulled from the top.
