I hope somebody told you to swap out you upper control arms before changing the ride height! From the couple of credible sources I've talked to, starting in 2014 Ram tweaked the geometry. People were blowing through upper ball joints, some within 2000 miles of doing leveling kits. The stock control arms design puts extra stress on the upper ball joints even with the mild 2" leveling kits causing them to fail.
As far as tires I have the same truck still at stock height though, and I just went with a set of P-Metric Falken Wildpeak A/T 3. I stayed in the P-Metric because of fuel economy and front end parts life. When I was shopping I discovered that going with a LT rated tire was going to stiffen the ride, and the same size tire it LT was approx 15-20lbs more than the P-Metric. So more mass to get rolling, more mass for the suspension components to control, and more inertia for the brakes to have to stop. I bought the Ram because it rode 1000 times better than any other truck, so why would I pay to compromise that!!? Good luck with tire search!!
