Tire size on 2017 4-wheel drive 1500

Has 20 inch stock sport rims and stock size tires. What is the widest tire I can use without any contact with suspension or fenders? Thanks. I want to stay with 20 inch tires.

Suppose this doesn't help you much, but I had stock 17s got wider wheels and went 285/70/17, going up to 35/12.5/17 next set of rubber, buddy at work put on 35/12.5/20 on his with a 2.5" level, although I believe he had 2" spacers, sorry if that's not helpful
