tire size

I have a 2011 slt with the stock tires on the 17 inch rim. Looking to upgrade to a bigger size and was curious to know how big I can go without changing anything or what other people are running

33/10.50 i beleave, someone will chime in soon bud, which im not sure would be on a 17 inch rim , for a 20 they have 275/60R20 i think which is 32.99 inches high by 10.83 wide i beleave, cant remember my buddy forsure. but i always thought without rubbing it would be equivilent to 33/10.50ish

Stock 17" wheels are 17x7 and come with 265/70-17 tires. If you wanted 33s with those wheels, you can get 285/70-17. A few tire makers have a 285/75-17 which is about 34"x11ish. Any taller or wider will rub.
