I have a 2013 ram 1500 4wd. Stock tires are 275/60r20, will lt275/65r20 tires fit with no mods

You understand the 65 is a percent of the 275 correct? So 5% total difference but only 2.5% in height.

Basically you're going from a 33" to 34" tire. Not much of a difference.

I was just wondering if it was going to rub anywhere when the wheels turn, didn't look like it would even though it's close

Agreed. You should be good. Believe even a 35 would clear. Depending on width
