Hey guys so I bought a tonno cover and a tool box. They go together and fit the truck. Now the only problem is a i have a slide in bed lined. and when the tool box butts up against the bed (closest to the cab) theres a little space between the two and even more on the ends. Also by the tail gate there are some gaps what is everyone doing to completely or almost completely water proof there beds?

I am thinking of just using the 3M weather strips you would use for your house. Im not sure what else to try to use? The tonno will be on for the life of the truck other than for when i have something big in the back. So i am not too worries about residue since I wont be removing the 3M strips.

Thanks

I'm not speaking from experience but I think you might have a hard time getting it to ever seal up properly. Do you have any pics? Would pulling out the slide in liner fix the problem? Run the setup without a liner till you can find a better solution like a spray in? Just spit balling ideas but I'm not a fan of "patching things up".

Neither am I but the slide in bed like is actually pretty nice so I would like to use it if i can. Maybe I could just trim the part behind the cab? Thats the main part that will be hard to seal the other is near the tailgate which will have to a patch job? I couldn't think of anything else that would help all the way back there.
