I figured Youtube/Google put them out of business 25 years ago. But yeah, we'd have all been dead in the water without those back in the day!I still buy them,as i prefer having something to lay out under the hood to look at .I'd rather flip pages with greasy fingers then try to make a $h!tty a$$ little phone work,with a screen to small to read ,especially if the suns shining on itYou're making me feel old
The grease concentration on a given section is/was somewhat of a testament to the reliability (or not) of certain parts/systems. I drove a lot of Toyotas and I don't know if parts were just junk or I was poor and bought junk (or both) but wow, did I ever trash the pages for starters, alternators and water pumps.
I still go by that method,unless it’s internal assemblies.I sure do miss the old day when all external engine parts had one torque speciation called Good & Tight
Thread sealant and then torque to the old school Good-n-Tight

My phone also doesn't work worth a crap with greasy fingers,i've never yet not been able to flip pages with a greasy/dirty finger
At least you use a sh***y little phone...my in-laws want nothing to do with a smart phones..they still use a flip phone....was a pain to even get them get those. I was forced to retire my flip phone a few years back when it finally died after 20 years,and i couldn't get it fixed,nobody had any parts to fix itAt least you use a sh***y little phone...my in-laws want nothing to do with a smart phones..they still use a flip phone....was a pain to even get them get those.
