Tow capacity

I am researching my tow vehicle. I have a 2007 DODGE RAM 3500 (VIN: 3D7ML49A07G855630, CREW PICKUP, Engine Size: 6.7L I6 F, REAR WHEEL DRIVE). How can I find out its GCWR, tow rating (for a 5th wheel), axle weight rating, gear ratios, etc...?

And if you know this, can this truck tow a 5th wheel with GVWR of 22,500 lbs?

The truck's GAWR and GVWR will be on the sticker in the driver's door jamb, it will also have the VIN number on it.
