I just bought a 6200lb (dry weight) Travel Trailer. On the trip home, I noticed at about 65 MPH the truck was running about 1900RPM. It seems like the truck wants to tow at 70+ or 60. I'm buying a Diablo T1000 tuner, to give me more torque and HP while towing. My question is should I still run the Tow/Haul mode with the Tow Tune? Also, does anyone know if the Diablo tuner will display real time trans temp? I have the 16 row mid size trans cooler, not sure if I need to upgrade to the 24 row cooler, without seeing active temps. Thanks in advance

I can tell you with confidence, always run with tow mode when pulling your trailer, even with tow tune.

I'll second what Marley said. Always run the tow/haul button engaged.

Upgrading to a larger factory trans cooler definitely wouldn't hurt.
