Tow Mirror for 2018 Express

I have a 2018 Express and my mirrors currently have - heated and power mirror with manual fold. I went to 1A Auto to get a set of tow mirrors for my truck because I dont like the add on mirrors that attach to the factory mirror. I was told by them they dont offer a tow mirror in my configuration and they cannot say the ones with puddle lights and blinkers would work. Does any one know were I can get tow mirrors for my truck based on the config I have? Does anyone know would the blinkers work if I get those units (dont really care about the puddle lights).

You’d have to take your truck to the dealership and have them reflash it to get the turn markers to function. Other than that, the 1A autos will work. I had bought a set for my 2013 that also were power/heated/manual folds.

WHich one did you buy, they said they could not help me.

I had bought the 1A auto brand, however looking now, it seems they have a whole new brand? Idk.

You’d have to take your truck to the dealership and have them reflash it to get the turn markers to function. Other than that, the 1A autos will work. I had bought a set for my 2013 that also were power/heated/manual folds.

The dealer can not flash mirror turn signals, puddle lights to an Express. That option was not available on the Express and the dealer has no way of activating. They can activate the tow mirror part.

You can activate it yourself with AlphaOBD.
