How do you change out the factory ones? Both sides on mine are burnt out.

I replaced mine. It’s not all that difficult but you have to be careful and heat is your friend.
Going off the top of my head from memory here.
Adjust the glass all the way in one direction.
Use fingers or long flat blade screwdriver and VERy carefully loosen the socket from the ball. Socket is attached to the mirror and ball is attached to mirror frame. This is where I say heat is your friend. You don’t want to do this when the plastic is cold. The small tabs on the socket can break off causing your glass to be loose and shake or actually fall off.
There is a small screw you take out that holds that light in place.
Unclip the wire harness.
Reverse the steps to put it back together.
