Tpms problems

2008 2500 hd ram. Tpms light flashes and remains on. All tire pressure sensors are working as verified by scan tool. Is able to read and relearn each sensor. However, light remains on. Local dodge dealer no help. Looking for location of module for tpms. No one seems to know anything about this module locally. Any help would be appreciated.

If the light remains solid, then either your pressure is too low OR too high

I also get code c151d. Tire pressure sensor location undetermined.

I run 65 in front and 70 in rear as it recommends on inside of door
