TPMS sensors

hey guys so I bought some new OEM 20s with 275 60 r20 on them now but I need to replace the tires. They also didn’t come with TPMS sensors. The wheels and tires that I have on now have sensors so can I just swap the 2 sets or do I have to buy new sensors ? I plan on selling the old OEM wheels so is it better to sell the old set with TPMS or ?

You can do either. Swap or buy new. As for selling, it depends on what the other person wants
