Aftermarket TTPMS Reader

Is there an aftermarket product that will read my Ram TPMS trailer sensors? I had a 1500 Limited that came with sensors that I put on my trailer. Now that I have moved to a 2025 2500 Rebel and after reading multiple post it seems very difficult to upgrade my 2500 to read the sensors as part of the UConnect so I am looking for an aftermarket TPMS reader to work with old sensors.
