I just swapped my full interior from tradesman to bighorn, including steering wheel cluster and radio. My truck is a 14 3500 6.7. Parts came from 18 3500 6.7
Need harness to make heated seats and wheel work, controls on wheel, hvac controls, and fog lights. HVAC controls are separate from the radio unit . I heard m2mods make these parts but cannot get website to work or find any contact info. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a an Aisin or a 68rfe?

I went this route on my 18 tradesman but went full laramie. Quite an ordeal. No harness modifications whatsoever, all Mopar harnesses.

You will need the “body harness”

This runs from PDC to the subfloor in the cab and all the seats.

Depending on your current dash setup you may need to switch around the instrument panel harness as well.

It is very much possible to have heated and vented seats without having an 8.4” stereo.

If you need help with specific part numbers, I will need more info from you about your truck. Primarily the differences in body harness from memory are power seats, air suspension, Aux switches, engine, and which transmission (aisin or 68).

If you do just the body swap, the switch on the center stack is all can bus and will plug and play with your current instrument panel harness.

Are you doing the dual zone or ATC as well?
