Got a 2002 Ram 1500 sport with 155,000 miles and ive got some weird transmission issues. Everything shifts fine except when im in reverse backing out, then go to drive, nothing shifts. HOWEVER i have to go from reverse to PARK to drive then it engages. Its really odd but i feel that its not just the transmission that its some electrical thing maybe.
So i cant shift to drive from reverse, but i can shift from reverse to park then to drive.
Any ideas?
