Transfer case module failure?

I have a 2019 dodge 3500 tradesman. I went to shift into 4wd. Truck says it went in but didn't then service 4wd light came on. And I think stability control light. Now truck says it's in 4wd but will not come out. I tried a battery reset. No luck. I checked harness. I checked for power and grounds at the module. I have 12 volt on two pins and grounds are good. But I have no 5 volt signal voltage. Any advice? Faulty module ?

Take it to a transmission shop and have them look at it. It will take the guess work out.
