Transfer case won't shift and no yellow light

I have a 2015 ram 1500 and I have a problem with my 4wd or transferase .It won't shift into any gear other then 2wd. no light next to 2 wd showing its in that gear .Could this be a blown fuse ?

Does it flash the light in the gear ur trying to select?
