Troubleshooting a MDS Solenoid issue

Cylinder number six on my 5.7 hemi fails to reactivate after being disabled by the MDS system. Everything works fine if I disconnect the battery and reconnect after a few minutes. If I drive for about half a mile or long enough for the MDS system to reactivate, cylinder 6 fails to reactivate once the MDS system deactivates. I've replaced all four MDS solenoids, but cylinder 6 never reactivates when deactivated by the MDS system. Any idea where could be preventing the cylinder from reactivating?

Again, everything works just fine if I disconnect the battery and reconnect and start the vehicle again.

Vehicle: 2012 ram 1500, 5.7 hemi Gen 3

I have the exact same issue. Cylinder 4 though. Truck drives great in 8th gear. Get code p1414 Cylinder reactivation if i let the truck go into eco mode. Pull battery and lifter resets fine. Replaced pcm, solenoid, wire harness. Previous owner had Cam replaced 30k miles ago. Now at 170k. Could metal debris block the oil passage? Lifter needs less oil pressure to reactivate correct? Would an oil flush help with metal debris? Would engine flush need to enter lifter in eco mode?

Tune out MDS same awnser stop wasting money on trying to fix a crappy system It will no longer turn on=No issue. Its not like it saves you any gas/makes your MPG go up its pointless really Its similar to the stop start feature It was for emissions.

you can clear drive cycles with a scan tool any ways.. But with mds tuned out it wont try to kick on and cause a check engine light and your monitors will set after 50ish miles so you can get inspected
