My 2013 ram 1500 leans to the passenger side an inch or so. And ive seen post about it going to drive because of weight on that side but mine goes passenger and has done it since ive had it. Im not the first owner and its got a clean carfax so no accidents.

Maybe the previous owner had a really big sidekick sittin in the passenger seat ... Lol ... Sorry ... You could throw some Bilstein 5100’s up front, and set the passenger side 1 notch (0.7” per notch) higher ... Would also give you the ability to level the truck a little if you wanted

^^^^ I probably wouldn't think it's a good idea to ask the previous owner how much his wife weighed------LOL

measure from ground to middle of all four wheel well lips, then compare. are both wells on one side off by same amount from other side?
is one front off so much it cause the truck to lean.

Helps to find out where to start looking for issues.
