Truck trouble clicking at the starter but no crank

My truck won’t start I have tried about everything. My relay wheels and I have used wire instead of the relay. My starter gets 12 volts til I crank then it gets 7.5 volts.

Battery condition?

All terminal connectors and battery posts clean (with connectors tight)?

Have you checked all the ground locations, including the battery negative cable?

I have I have even tried jumping off the starter with another wire. And my terminals are brand new and cleaned. My battery tested fine at oreilys. I’m almost at selling this thing.

Did you get the starter tested?
If it's original to the truck,it's possibly at the end of it's life
Had to replace mine a few years ago

If it drops to 7.5v, either battery or starter.

Battery needs tested with a toaster style tester Sometimes, the parts store testers give false positives.

I have also retired jumping my truck

If the starter is shot, a jump won't do anything for it.
