Truck turning off

So I have a 2016 ram 2wd 5.7
Recently I changed the battery and didn’t think much of it since it was already a few years old
I’ve experienced the truck either turning off or just stalling out and staying on while slowing down to stop. It tells me to shift back to park in order to put it back on drive
I checked the fuses. Cleaned throttle body and tried to relearn it and even swapped alternator and it still occasionally does it

if it helps to mention I am tuned and have a lot mods done to the truck so idk if that has to do w it as well.

The last thing I’d think of just because I’ve been running the same tune for about 2 years but could be it. I’m pinkytuned

I would double check the battery connections. That's the last thing that was touched.
