True Dual exhaust conversion

Would like to convert my 2016 Ram 1500 SLT with the single side exit exhaust to the dual exhaust I need to fit a sport bumper I plan on swapping on. What all do I need to accomplish this.

You only need the v8 muffler and tailpipes.
It was one of the simple swap I've done to my truck. The muffler and pipes are the same, the inlet pipe makes the diff between trucks. Just need the bumper also.

But was the mounting of the dual exhaust straight forward? i.e. mounting brackets and hangers in the right spots?

you will need to get the missing driver side hanger and rubber insulator. you don't need the bumber with cut out right away as the factory tips can be adjusted to fit under the bumber without the cut out.

install is super easy and will fit right on once the missing hanger is added.

So did you do this? I just ordered the bumper for my 2014 slt quad cab. Which exhaust did you end up doing? Any issues on the install??

Mine stock was the same. I just took it to my local custom muffler shop. 18” Magnaflow and all new piping/4”tips $400 out the door....pardon the fisheye effect
