As Dredger points out, "tune up" needs to be defined.
On your vehicle a spark plug change, new air filter, clean throttlebody and MAP sensor, clean or replace PCV valve, check coolant level and pressure test, maybe even and oil and filter change.
Transmission service is another that needs to be defined. For me it means a drain at the minimum, and pan/filter replacement. Some shops, like my dealer, checks clutch indexes and clutch fills with a scanner. My dealer charged me $650 when I was at 60,000 miles, which was several years ago. Prices have probably gone up since then.
In any event, unless they're doing other things $1250 each for each service seems way too high.
