Does $966.95 sound right for a damn tune up on a 2017 1500 Express ?? That’s what the dealer quoted me.

I think plugs are approximately $8.00 each , so that’s $128.00 plus taxes . I do not now what other parts they plan to use . Air filters aren’t usually included with tune up. So I think the $9.66.95 is a lot to much to pay for plugs . Find an independent mechanic to do this for you. Never trust a dealer. Ever.

I would just do the tune up myself lol ... fawk all that labor crap ... a lot of people are scared of the sparkplugs but honestly it's easy ... don't fear the labor ! lol

Just the plugs and wires also said they cleaned the injectors. Told me the plugs alone were 269. It has 96,000 miles on it

No. I just called to get a price for it and that’s what they said it would be .

At that price point, I would expect them to pick it up at my house, do the work, then wash it, wax it, perform a tire rotation and complete detail of the interior. Along with returning it back to me with a full tank of gas. And maybe take out food.

You do not have plug wires,your hemi has coil on plugs. Never trust a dealer. I would not let that dealer touch my truck.

Do it yourself, plugs and coil packs if desired, takes about 2-3 hours for the 16 spark plugs , I got mine oem ngk off ebay for about 65 here recently....the dealer wants to stick you, calls for 5-6 hours but I did it 2-3 sooooo
