Tuner HELP!!

I feel like an idiot..I just got my tuner and I dont know where to start. It says my vehicle isnt recognized and may need to be flashed? Ive been on hold with tech support for like 15 mins with no answer. Im not sure where to even start???

i think you have to update it if you got the trinity

Thats whats I have..im trying to update it but cant figure out how. I clicked the option on the website but somethings not working...

You have to install the software on your computer before you can update it. The trinity should have come with a CD.

You can also try getting in touch with them via live chat. Might be easier than through the phone.

Alright im back!..Not to sure how I got it to work but its working now. I had to install an update but for some reason my computer kept messing up. It downloaded Diablosports software just fine, but it couldnt install the update..took the third time for it to work. I went with the 87 tune for now because thats what octane I run in it. May try out the 93 just to see if theres a difference. But boy with just the 87 tune it really woke the truck up!! Kind of upset about Diablo's customer service, but oh well I got it all straightened out now!

Never a stupid question just stupid people I believe I read on another tuner thread that matt (hemi450hp) had said that you can unplug it. I've run mine unplugged

I installed a BD tuner yesterday for a guy that didnt want it mounted on the dash, so we boxed it back up after the install. His truck runs great.

Same goes for the Trinity...you can remove it once the tune is loaded.

I'm glad you asked. I had assumed from everyone's pictures they had to stay plugged up. It was one thing I didn't care for about it.

When I click on performance it says an e crom 87 tune is already installed and must be returned to stock before being used with another vehicle. I just want to be sure it's working, on some tab I clicked on it said vehicle not yet married. But if my rpms and mph match the tuner, does that mean its working correctly??

I am almost positive that you have to reset your truck to stock before changing the tune. Unlike diesels that you can change them on the fly
