Tuner ???

Hey guys I have a 2012 ram r/t just curious what do think the best tuner for me would be I don't want the tuner in the truck so something that I can just plug up load the tune and disconnect plans in the future are CAI,muffler,throttle body also want to turn off the MDS I hate it

Both bullydog and trinity can be unplugged after tune is loaded. Unless you want the ability to have custom tunes made the bullydog has stronger canned tunes

I plan on kinda running the same mods (cai, exhuast, TB, and catch can). I was asking around about this too and Moes suggested the Bully Dog tuner unless you plan on looking into doing custom tunes, which I am not. Search the thread that Moes performance posted about the Bully Dog being on sale. Our conversation is in there. Hope it helps.

After you install the tune you can unplug the tuner. It is not necessary to leave it plugged in.

Ok one last question so if I were to get the trinity with hemi fever tuning would it be ok on my truck that is completely stock for now eventually want to do CAI muffler TB and maybe headers

Yes, you will be fine with the Hemifever tune on a stock truck. He writes the tune for your mods, so if you are stock, he will write the tune for a stock truck.

Just got my 87 PTB in from Moe's, installed it yestereday (very easy). now im waiting on hemifever to ship my trinity and for the time being my engine modes are done.

I was thinking the same thing, but at the same time I like the idea of getting the tuner first and checking my stock times. And then being able to check times after mods to see how I'm doing. If you buy a Trinity from hemifever you get one custom tune?
