U-turn noise

Only when making a left u turn, with the wheel cranked all the way, and with a little momentum. If the wheel is turned less than full no sound. Any ideas?

Since I posted....I wanted to close the loop for anyone who reads in the future. Just got it back from the dealer. The factory did not install the fender cover correctly. During sharp u turns with momentum, the truck would lean enough to rub.
