UConnect 16.16.13 Update problems

I recently did the latest Uconnect update to 16.16.13 (the hands-free Siri update). Now I am having significant issues with indexing of songs on my memory card. All songs in each folder now show a "._" prior to each track name, then lists them again below in alphabetical order without the "._" in front of the name. I have checked the media in my computer, and the data is not corrupted. But just in case, i deleted and reformatted the drive and copied the song folders again. Same issue. Any ideas what is causing this, or in lieu of this, anyone know how to roll back to the previous version?

Can't say I've heard of this problem however I've seen a bunch of people on here talking about how this update has really messed their systems up. The scariest one I saw was something about the USB drivers not being loaded when performing the update so none of inputs for audio work and also theres no way to fix it other than bring it to the dealer.

This update sucks. I wish that I hadn't done it. The Siri update is also worthless, it really makes no difference in usability.

I did the update. I have no issues except the Siri part. It's so slooooooowwwww. Other than that the rest of the system is starting to get the snappiness back it had when I got the truck in 2013.

Now if they would get smart to have the app work by bluetooth within a certain range to speed that up I would be happy.

Check out this Firmware thread by Mpgrimm2, I believe there are older firmware files there for your 2015 radio , remember 2013&14 share software updates , 2015 has its own and 2016 has its own as well .

Read up post 1-5 of his thread , then post your question at the end , Mpgrimm2 the OP , Monitors the thread and is terribly knowledgeable on the subject.

Check out this Firmware thread by Mpgrimm2, I believe there are older firmware files there for your 2015 radio , remember 2013&14 share software updates , 2015 has its own and 2016 has its own as well .
